Authorize to set different IP for the NTP server on VTS7780

Today it is impossible to configure different IP addresses on the clusters of a GRID of VTS7780. 
The VTS are generally installed on different and remote sites.
An NTP server is available on each of the sites, but they have different IP addresses. In order to synchronize the clusters, it should be possible to enter the IP of each local NTP server on the site’s VTS.
It is not feasible for network constraints to accommodate intersite flows, and the latency would be less good than local synchronization.
