KMPI v2 protocoll support for TS4300

Our TS4300 Tape Library for LTO supports 2 ext. key managers for tape encryption: the IBM GKLM (before SKLM) and 3rd party key managers with KMIP communication. The supported KMIP protocoll version is v1.2. Unfortunately this protocoll version is more than 7 years old. Current key manager ISVs usually operate with v2 and higher due to regulation requirements. We urgently need to adjust our TS4300 to support at least v2 KMIP protocoll.
