Expanded audit logging on TS4300 library

The audit logging from the TS4300 does meet our minimum requirements. The user performing the action is missing along with additional information.

Requirements are

• Date and time of event (UTC formatted time)
• User ID of person performing the action
• Type of event
• Asset or resource name affected
• Type of access (delete, modify, etc.)
• Success or failure of event
• Source (terminal, port, location, IP, Hostname, etc.)

If technically feasible, the format must be MMM DD YYYY HH:MM:SS or milliseconds since epoch (January 1st 1970).

UTC is preferred but local time zone can be used if stated in the log. The source of the time used in the log should also be indicated in system documentation ( (i.e., network time server, host system internal clock).
