TDMF OPTION to Delay/Retry Quiesce/Swap until Concurrent Copy Completes

This is a documented restriction in the TDMF for z/OS Installation and Reference manual chapter 5 section 'Extended functions'. however, it sounds as if you would like an ability to elongate the TDMF session until the concurrent copy sessions have completed.

My immediate thought would that you would require a new SYSIN option which specifies a number of minutes to wait for the active concurrent copy session to end before retrying the quiesce/swap.

Does that meet with your expectations?

Yes that sounds like an option. An even better option would be a parameter - something like 'if a CC-session is active, wait until it's done' with options 'wait' and 'terminate'.
