Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Tickets created with SI should have same info added to the ticket when created by phone home

When an SVC "phones home", the ticket generated includes the following information - Client would like this same information automatically generated when they create a ticket with SI. Today, only the serial number is passed. Client does leverages system name and node ID from a mgt perspective. And, when you go into SI, SI refers to the system name. You have to dig to get to a SN.

Here's what's included when the machine phones home:
ERROR ID: 45006 : PSU has indicated output failure
Machine Location: Suite 140, Rack AX10 and AX12
