I have to honest, this is probably the single most frustrating "feature" from a Support perspective. We work performance issues in a "Follow the Sun mode" and this means that each SME / SE / L3 which produces a graph does so in thier "browser" time. Multiple graphs all with different time signatures, all of which then have to be individually correlated to "cluster" time.
Analysing performance can be frustrating when having to mentally adjust times to match the system time.
