Currently client can define in “set permission for support” if he allows support to collect support data without asking the client in advance
This new feature will allow customer to either set a customized message
1/ ““Please collect data via SI only after 5 PM time frame for minor issues.”
Or
2/ Providing a schedule calendar that allow to define the time rage when support can collect support data or not

The request to set the permission for support during the "add a device" wizard is a very good one an one we are pursuing. Setting a timeframe or schedule is a request that's under consideration, but probably not a near-term focus item.
