Support for SI and SI PRO entitled storage sytsems in ONE instance - with SI PRO capabilities switched on / off according to system entitlement

As of today, we cannot have a mixture of SI and SI PRO entitled storage systems in one environment.  SI and SI PRO entitled storage systems can reside in one SI instance, but to exploit SI PRO capabilities, a second SI instance for SI PRO entitled systems is required. Having all systems in just one instance with SI PRO capabilities switched on / off according to the specific system entitlement would make monitoring easier - providing ONE dashboard for all SI monitoring capabilities.
