Add basic Hardware Monitoring to Storage Insight for b-type SAN Switches

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

I would like to see the feature implemented into the Cloud Version of Storage Insights. We have added all our Storage, SVCs and SAN Switches to have a single pane of glass for our storage networking. We believed that hardware error events would show up the SI and were thus surprised when only the switch webgui showed a broken PSU. The local data collector already has access to the logs, so triggering alarms on error events should be possible.

A even bigger bonus would be to trigger a new support case, run an automatic "supportsave" command and upload the zipped logfile into the case. That would be the best for the customer. And save time of your support staff writing mails requesting just this from the customer.
