Spectrum Storage Insights Pro on-prem array access credentials protocol requested

RPQ required for Spectrum Storage Insights Pro. The storage system credentials are required for Storage Insights to be able to collect data. These credentials are encrypted before being stored in the Storage Insights database, and the databases itself is encrypted. Regardless, the client has security concerns as it pertains to the read-only storage array access credentials (ID) that are stored in the IBM cloud (collector server). The client has requested an architectural change (local proxy server...etc) such that the array access credentials can be storage locally (on prem).
