Search for the node serial number

When we see a CSP ticket with a link to storage insights, the link points to the machine park, not the specific device for which the ticket is open. There is no search option to check for the node serial number. The node serial number is listed in the column "inventory".

Request

a) The link in CSP to Storage Insights should go to the specific device the ticket is opened for

or at least

b) Add a search option in SI to provide the related storage device when I search for the node serial number.

Proposed solution is to introduce a new column to the storage tabular view which would contain all serial numbers across the enclosures, nodes. This would be hidden by default but would allow searching on that view in the new Carbon dsahboard.
