Add ability to specify SSH port and REST API port (if REST API used for UserID/Password connection

We have storage devices running that will not be upgraded to 8.6 for some time (or never), but are accessible only through NAT firewall gateways. The SSH daemon is accessible via ports that are not 22. Cisco and Brocades allow the REST API port number to be changed, please allow the same for SSH or UserID/Password connection to Storwize systems.

    This partially works using host:port while adding a device with the limitation of modify connection not working. For FlashSystem the future is really to use Cloud Call Home though, accepting that moving to 8.6 won't be applicable to all devices being managed.
