Provide More Granular DS8 Capacity Reporting for Storage Insights Hosts and Volumes

Please provide the ability to capture capacity information for hosts and volumes at a more granular level, eg hourly/sample vs just a single daily entry. The array overall we can see capacity data at least to an hourly level, so this would allow us to correlate significant changes in array capacity from space-efficient volumes being written to, to a specific Host and Volume object as well.

    We've evaluated this and this would be predicated on creating a tighter link between the data collector and DS8k, either running it on the HMC or running it directly via the support protocol, as with FlashSystem. We'd not support this via the current approach.
