Implementing security auditing mechanism in IBM Storage Insights Merged

One of my customers requesting this is concerned about identity theft, primarily non-IBM users' IBM IDs, not support nor DevOps team for IBM Storage Insights. First, I tried to persuade them by showing the following line quoted from What security measures are built into IBM Storage Insights | Security | IBM Insights:

- ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018/27701 ISM certified

But their security person replied back to me that their internal security standard requests a security logging mechanism like the security audit facility to use public clouds, including IBM Cloud, then IEC 27001 itself assures this request. I quoted the following line from ISO 27001-ISMS Logging and Monitoring Policy Template | ISO Docs:

- In ISO 27001, a log file is defined as a "record of events having significance for the management of the information system".

and explained that "information system" here refers to on-premise assets like IBM Storage FlashSystem in the IBM Storage Insights' security concept, but they did not agree on it. So, here comes my request as the last resort.
