SI to Show Expert Care Capacity Licensing in Portal in Addition to Existing Previous Subscription Models

With the change to SI capacity for DS8's being included as part of Expert Care entitlements instead of as a separate subscription, the Storage Insights portal currently will only still show just the licensed capacity for the older style subscriptions but not the new entitlements.

This is a problem for auditing purposes as the user has no way to tell from the SI portal how much they are truly licensed for without having the IBM account team track down whatever is also included under other new entitlement offerings.

Absolutely recognise this is a problem, not only for Expert Care, but also across the other way SI (and SC) is licensed. Not sure what the fix is yet, but will consider for the future
