Allow the ability to run a report that will provide the differences between two policies

I need to track all of the customizations between the default policies and the custom ones. Right now, I need to document that by hand. It would be far better to be able to run a report and have it provide the information. I also could see the usefulness of being able to compare any policies as you may have one custom policy that you've been using-and you're working on a copy of it--and you want to ensure that all of your desired changes have been made.

Can definitely imagine an interface which allows 2 policies to be compared, similar to a code review type interface where the current version is displayed in a left pane and the updated version is displayed in a right pane with changes highlighted. Will take this for future consideration when we revisit the alerting interface.
