Add a link to "view details" of a system directly from the dashboard (without having to choose a component).

The dashboards in Storage Insights are nice; however, it feels cumbersome to be looking at a storage system in the dashboard and then have to navigate to Resources --> Block Storage Systems to then select the same system to view the details.   I know there is an option in the components section of the dashboard to view details, but it's not intuitive do do that if you are simply thinking that you want to see the details for the entire system.  It would be nice to have a button right on the dashboard to "View Details" for the system that would then jump you to the details page (in the Pro/SI4SC version).
