Make synchronizing passwords easier on data collectors

Change the way updating passwords for the data collectors works. Basically by adding a item under the block devices/connection tab to stop using the userid/password while you are resetting the data collector userid/password on your disk array. We have seen the problem that we get the userid with the new password locked out by our 3 data collectors before we can get the modify task to change the password in storage insights correctly (either timeouts or "successful" changes that could not be verified when connecting to the array). Turning off all but one data collector helps but sometimes you have to repeatedly modify the password (4 times in one case) before change was really successful. Then turn the other data collectors on for the array in question. This is too complicated for "normal" procedures.

We're right in the middle of removing the need for a data collector for FlashSystem and SVC devices, hopefully making it easier to manage large FlashSystem environments.

With FlashSystem devices sending data back to IBM without the need for the data collector, this would remove the pain point of having to change the password on the data collector when the FlashSystem password changes. Hopefully this is a better solution than managing the password changes more efficiently.
