Get serial number(SN) of Clearn Cartridge from Diamondback RESTAPI

Alibaba(The largest Internet enterprise in China) plans to purchase a large batch of Diamondback libraries and magnetic tapes to store their code data. Asset management is a core priority. The customer requires full traceability of every purchased product and component throughout their entire lifecycle, including quality records.

Within asset management specifications, each component must carry a unique serial number (SN, not label of tapes) with support for online lookup.

Based on our testing of the Diamondback solution: the REST API interface can retrieve the serial number (SN) of every data tape. However, the REST API fails to return SN information for cleaning tapes and diagnostic tapes. The customer requests us to develop and deliver this SN query capability for cleaning and diagnostic tapes.
