API for FlashCopy Manager

At the moment, the only way to interact with FCM is by using the command line, and parse output in case we need to automate any operations - which is pretty much unusable in terms of automation. We need an API for the FlashCopy Manager! The API should deliver the following:
- ability to query backups or clones and their attributes
- ability to start new operations (backup, clone, delete backup, etc.)
- ability to track an operation - implement a stateful layer. When an operation is started, e.g. a backup, an operation ID should be returned, and with this operation ID the actual status of the operation can be checked (is my backup ready? was my backup succesful?)
- ability to show and change the configuration/profile
