Can we use FCM installed on Windows to manage luns on Aix

1)We have flashcopy manager 3.2 installed on windows,can we use it to do flashcopy of the luns ,presented to Aix server.
if Yes,how it can be achieved.
If no,any other remedy to fix this.
2)We have SVC of version 6.2.0.5,Aix of 5.3 and DB2 of v9.1,
3) We need to do flashcopy of DB2 luns .
Note:Iam available on IBM sametime,my id is (niman.goli@in.ibm.com)
Its quite urgent for delivering to the customer.
