Provide support in FlashCopy Manager for refresh from pureScale to non-pureScale DB2

IBM FlashCopy manager needs to support new DB2 (10.5) function that allows pureScale-based DB2 systems to be restored to a non-pureScale-based system.

Prior to 10.5, this was not possible, but now, based on an OFFLINE backup, it is possible to restore a backup of a PS system to a non-pS system. We would like to be able to do this via FlashCopy Manager to improve the system refresh timeline for some very large systems.

    Thank you for submitting this request. We understand the requirement but unfortunately at this time we cannot commit to delivery of the improvement in the next year or two. As an alternative there is a way to do this with scripting. If, after the next release of TSM, you would like this request to be reconsidered, please resubmit the RFE. Thank you for your commitment to TSM and support in moving our products forward.

FCM snapshots to be used as a base for restore between pureScale and non-PureScale

DB2 Kepler supports the ability to refresh a non-pureScale system from a pureScale system. Ideally, we would like this to be possible via a snapshot (without the need to undertake an interim full offline backup)
