FCM: Oracle: create spfile from pfile after cloning

FlashCopy Manager is able to create clone databases for Oracle and DB2 databases. For Oracle databases it would be more efficient to have an option to create the spfile from pfile after the database is cloned.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    Unfortunately plans have changed and we will not be implementing a solution to the request in the next release or two. There is still the ability to create an FlashCopy Managercloning post-processing script which could create the Oracle spfile from pfile. If you would like us to reconsider this request after the next release of the product, please resubmit this request.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request, this can be done today by performing some post processing on an attached volume and we'll look into providing this through an official interface in a future release of Flashcopy Manager
