Support for Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL)

Support for Oracle Enterprise Linux (OEL).

OEL is based on RHEL but was extended with a specific modified Kernel by Oracle. As also the native RHEL Kernel is included in OEL and FCM is supported for RHEL, it should be supported for OEL, too.

Oracle officially says:
"What is Oracle Linux?
Oracle Linux is an open source operating system available under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and other open source licenses. It is available for free download . Oracle offers 24x7, global support for Oracle Linux through a paid subscription.

Oracle Linux includes two kernels:
- Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel, tracks mainline Linux kernel closely, and offers the latest features and tested performance and stability
- The Red Hat Compatible Kernel, compiled directly from Red Hat Enterprise Linux sources"

By compatibility, FCM should support either the the mentioned "Red Hat Compatible Kernel". And by this, whole OEL should be supported.
