CLONE_DATABASE_MEMORY (Db2) should be configurable PER TARGET

If you have a machine with multiple FCM clones of DB2 databases, they may have very different sizes and sizing requirements, in particular when the original (source) system has way more memory than the destination (clone target) system. Option CLONE_DATABASE_MEMORY can be set, to indicate the amount of memory to use for the clone. Unfortunately this is a GLOBAL setting, for all FCM DB2 targets on that particular machine.

It would help a lot if it would be possible to tune CLONE_DATABASE_MEMORY independently for all (clone) targets.
