fcmcli to display date/time of backup

1. FCM for custom apps to display the date/time the flash backup was taken when using fcmcli.

2. Allow TSM offloaded backups to run under root so all files are backed up (as the app ID doesnt always have ability to backup all files) and to do incremental backups as well as full and diff.

3. make FCM check it can unmount ALL filesystems required when doing a restore rather than unmounting and rmfs'ing once at a time until it finds it cant unmount one as in use, as it leaves things in bad state.

4. Once a restore is performed update FCM repository so it doesnt display destroyed flashes on SVC as available for a restore, ie make the repository mimic the real status of a flashcopy on the SVC.

5.FCM for custom apps - allow filesystems to be mounted on FCM server with a prefix and then use 'virtualmountpoint' in TSM to send to TSM using the real file name.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request, we do understand the requirement and the rationale behind it but unfortunately we currently do not plan to implement everything that is described in this RFE, so overall I'd like to reject this RFE.

    1. This will be one of the candidates for a future release of FCM
