Restrict FCM to manage the own source and target volumes (multi tenancy)

Reference: Technical Exchange call with Mr. Uhl, Munz, Calvus 7/18/2013
In a shared SAN-enviroment, security is very important for a service provider with multiple customers. We want to use FCM running on different operating systems in combination with San Volume Controller. The SVC delivers SAN-storage for multiple cumstomers.
FCM needs access to the SVC with admin role, that means the FCM user has access to all admin commands. We see here a security compliance problem. The server should only have access to its vdisks, but with the admin role it possible to make vdiskmappings and fcmappings with all vdisks on the system.
I see two possibilities to solve the problem:
1. restrict the server to its own host and vdisk.
2. fcm-mapping on the svc has to be done by svc-user and the fcm only starts and stops fcmappings with the new role "fcm" on the svc with only the fcmapping commands
1. res

Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for this year,
but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy, and will be a candidate for our future release. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
