FCM Windows - Allow option to skip import/mask if integrity check is not needed

With FlashCopy Manager for Windows, when "just in time" imports are used, offer the option not to import the snapshot to the production machine, unless necessary. For example, if we are not doing an Exchange integrity check and we are not running any POST commands against the snapshot, there is no need to do an import and then mask.

These additional steps take time and are not necessary.

    Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for next year,
    but the performance issue will be address as one of the service streams. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
