FCM: Simplify complexity of mounting

To mount a FlashCopy is more complex than expected, because it is not clear under which conditions which arguments must be used in order to mount a FlashCopy.

Normally, FCM mounts the latest FlashCopy Backup to the Backup System with this command: fcmcli -f mount

This does not always work so easily. There are several conditions which require more parameters. E.g.

- Sometimes, mounting only works if the -B parameter is used as well.
- Sometimes, mounting only works if the -B, -i and the -d parameter is used as well.
- Sometimes, mounting only works if the -F parameter is used as well.
- Simetimes, the arguments are dependend on the operating system. E.g. Linux sometimes requires a "forced mounted"
- Sometimes, it is necessary to use -f update_status before mounting (e.g. usually in environments without TSM).

Unfortunately it's a "try and error" process to find the correct way to mount a FlashCopy, but during this "try and error" it can happen that FCM's repository gets confused and then FCM thinks a FC version is mounted, although it is not. Then, only the deltetion of the FCM repostory helps.

This RFE is to simplify the mounting of a FlashCopy. (e.g. "fcmcli -f mount" for every condition) or
document clearly under which condition which arguments must be used.

Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for next year,
but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy, and will be a candidate for our future release. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
