FlashCopy Manager Support for Hyper-V

Deloitte Global is simply underwhelmed with IBM's software defined storage. Particularly with respect to the SVC (Spectrum Control), they find that we simply have not delivered enough integration with the Microsoft ecosystem over the past year.

Here are our explicit marching orders from the customer:
FlashCopy Manager ought to integrate fully with Microsoft System Center VMM and support HyperV snapshots/clones

SVC must integrate fully with Microsoft System Center VMM for presentation of volumes and snapshots/clones thereof NOW

SVC's Global Mirror must integrate fully with Microsoft Azure Site Recovery NOW

If we are not able to show improvement in these areas, Deloitte Global will make less use of SVC virtualized storage and instead grow their HP 3PAR footprint.
