Ability to select restore options (regarding the subset of PVCs, etcd resources) even when the backup was created using a custom recipe.

Only when restoring backups created with the default recipe (i.e., without explicitly specifying a custom recipe within the associated policy assignment) is it possible to choose before the restore whether to restore the missing etcd resources and whether to restore all PVCs or only a subset.

If a custom recipe was used, these restore configuration options are not available. Everything contained in the previously created backup according to the custom recipe will be restored—regardless of whether it is desired or not.

Extreme example: A CP for Data Backup contains approximately 60 PVCs in the zen namespace, which are captured by the recipe provided by IBM. If you want to restore only one of these PVCs, you cannot select it separately. Instead, additional copies of all other PVCs (with the additional name suffix -1) are created, all of which must then be deleted.

Therefore, in many situations, it would be helpful to be able to choose afterward not to restore the etcd resources, or to restore only a specific PVC from among the many contained in the backup.
