GPU operator automation - enhancement

There are currently plans to automate the implementation of the GPU operator installation on detection of a specified GPU node.

the operator automation process needs to completely deploy all the configuration of the Nvidia Operator including being able to specify if vGPU / MIG partitioning needs to be configured

The automated operator also needs to be able to determine if there are multiple GPU nodes and if so does the same configuration apply to each node or does it need to be customised per node - GPu for Virtual machines vs GPU for containers - require different configuration


There is also an AMD GPU operator / which is more difficult to configure than the Nvidia operator - automating this deployment would be highly beneficial to taking up adoption of the AMD GPUs
