This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The service node should come with an instance of the RH mirror-registry pre-loaded with the images required to install stage2. This could be used to oc-mirror the required images into the client provided registry once the installation has been completed. The documentation is missing many OCP operators that are required for a production installation such as logging, cert manager, virtualisation, GPU, local storage, ACM, ACS, etc These should all be on the system ready to go rather than rely on mirroring and importing into a secure client air gap environment. The disk mirror for OCP 4.18.22 with a extra operators is 1.4TB! Fusion 2.11 are 166GB The delay in mirroring, importing, and potential risk of missing something in front of the client is not acceptable when we are selling the promise of a rapid time to value and quick installation.
See this repo for more information https://github.ibm.com/alex-martin/fusion-hci-airgap-install
We have air-gap installations at client such as Barclays and secure gov where we should have a slick process with no requirement for mirroring and importing large volumes of images.
