Add ability for Fusion Backup and Restore to lock backups using the S3 Object Lock API on supported object storage targets

We have a client who is currently working to harden and integrate more immutability and airgapped data. Fusion users need protected, tamper-proof backups for compliance or ransomware defense , giving admins managing backup retention across object storage platforms with varying capabilities. In theory, a work flow would look like the following: During backup, Fusion detects if the target object store supports Object Lock.If supported, backups are written with Object Lock enabled in governance or compliance mode. The retention settings in Fusion could then automatically manage lock duration and legal holds as needed. Thus this would help the admin as Fusion could track and reflects lock status changes and retention timelines in the GUI/API. Support for immutable snapshots (safeguarded copies) within Fusion-managed environments would further strengthen data protection.Together, these capabilities would help clients enforce strong backup immutability while streamlining management and reducing operational risk.
