Easier or better method to mirror all required images for Fusion

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently, there are a lot of steps required to mirror the images for Fusion installation. For example to have Fusion + Backup & Restore, we will have to mirror fusion images, then backup & restore images, then RedHat images, then the hotfix images.

At the moment, for fusion images, you can download end-to-end images but it covers all dependencies like data catalog which may not be required by certain customers, hence it will mirror a lot of not required images. Same with RedHat images, a lot of images (digest) mirrored for RedHat packages for AMQ stream and OADP are not required as well.

Using ibm-pak is truly the way forward which is being done in 2.9.0 and that makes a lot of changes in the process as well. If we can do the same method, but include RedHat images and select specific dependencies (e.g. Backup & Restore) in the ICSP. Instead of --skip-dependencies we may use --dependencies (new feature request) to list the specific CASE that we want to mirror, for example ibm-fusion-bnr. Hotfix images should be included in the CASE as well.
