[Fusion Backup] Add resource check list at restore time

When we execute a restore we can select if we want restore all PVs or just check a specific one.

It would be great to add same functionality for resources so customer can select a specific ConfigMap or specific Secret instead of recovering all. If they only want to recover one resource or check the content of a resource in a specific backup they can restore everythign in a nother namespace ut it is a nightmare as it will also recover potentially deployments, operators, routes, etc...

So being able to show the existing resources in the backup and let user check which ones to restore is really need feature.
