Correction of data usage on remote storage needed

When using TSM as remote storage for FB4WKS/CDP4Files, the amount of data being used as reported by the client does not match the number from the occupancy report in TSM.
This is not an optimal solution, if clients are billed based on the number of bytes used on the backend storage.
When using TSM as back-end storage, the client should report the same number of bytes used on the remote storage as calculated by TSM.
