No errors report for schedules with a status of SEVERED

When a scheduled backup gets a "session severed" error (brecause of a comms failure/client OS problem/client reboots/loss of power at client site) the schedule is updated with a status of severed.
No backup failure messages are generated on the TSM server so the failure is not visible to admins.
A session severed warning message is logged but if (for example) the client reboots the backup may restart and complete normally. So monitoring for this message does not provide a solution.

The proposed solution is that if at the end of the backup window (start time + duration) the status of the schedule is severed then an ANR2579E (backup failed) error should be generated. (optional if schedule status should be updated)

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family
