RELATED IDEAS

Operations Center Alert emails

The recently released Operations Center supports the reporting and managing of TSM alert messages in a web page. It also supports the distribution of specific ALERTS to email recipients, allowing pro-active notification of certain relevant system events.
However, the email does not contain a description of the event - only the ALERT # as a ANR xxyyzz message.
