TSM OC DRM Support

The Administration Center is aging and outdated. The Admin Center is only supported in UNSUPPORTED browsers (Firefox 3.6) or outdated browsers (IE 8). The Operations Center looks to be its replacement. Functionality of the OC however is very lacking. We would like to be able to change the STATE or LOCATION of DRM Volumes from the OC as is possible from the Admin Center. The State of Alaska has operators changing the state and location of DRM Volumes as they remove, ship or insert LTO volumes in the library. CLI is not possible to use for them. The Admin Center provided a way for this and the Operations Center does not.
