delev245 is not responsible, but running.
Ping server delev245 also hangs

this situationwas caused by an unresponsive target linux host.

ALL replsource servers have to be restarted.

How to recover from a hanging "Cancelling replication of node(s)"

Cancelling process 12.
Cancelling process 15.
ANR1999I CANCEL REPLICATION completed successfully.

But thats not true, replication is still hanging.

ACTION TAKEN: I informed the customer after discussion with development:
This will require an RFE because the current capabilities of cancel
replication depends on the TCP network responding properly to socket
close requests when a communication partner ( e.e., source repl server)
closes a socket. In this case, where tha target host Linux was hanging,
the TCP protocol apparently was compromised and hence the application
could not recover properly. The RFE should specifically describe the
hanging unresponsive Linux host in this case where the target
replication server was deployed to properly frame the context of the
RFE.

IC92088 provides a new option that may provide you relief. This new option was made available in version 6.3.4.200.
