Export node. Option to only export active files

We want the option to export only Active files not Active-deleted files as well when running export node.
Today when run export node with filedata=backupactive both Active files and the last Active file know to the tsm database (both active and inactive files) are exported.
Or update the help file for 3.21.2.1, "EXPORT NODE (Export node definitions to sequential media)" where it says "most recent backup version for a file that
still exists on the client workstation" to "most recent backup version for a file that still exists on the tsm
database." since it apparently includes both Active and inactive files.
