I Have found a previous rejected RFE similar to our request below

However this was a fairly simple request for RBAC within TSM. What Deutsche Bank require is slightly more detailed and documented below.

Currently when a user is logged into TSM as a system administrator they have full rights to administer the backups but also have permissions to add, modify and delete TSM users. Deutsche Bank require complete segregation of these tasks so that an individual can be held accountable to everything that they do in TSM via their username.

The ability to create a new user then log in as that user and make changes (EG delete backup jobs). There may be logs to track this back but the banks requirements after a recent audit are that the backup administrators cannot add, modify or delete users.

    Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for next year,
    but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy, and will be a candidate for our future release. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

    Yes, this will remediate a clear audit and regulatory violation that is global in nature.
