TSM VE 6.4 support double-byte VM host name

In case of double-byte like Japanese VM host name, VMware off-host backups using vStorage for Data Protection API was stop backup as error.

Could you fix this limitation of Single Byte character.

    Thank you for submitting the request. We have looked into this request, and the support of vms with only 7-bit ASCII characters (i.e., only simple Latin characters) is a documented limitation (see this link and search for "ASCII").  It is not trivial to lift this restriction, and we will consider this as a candidate for future work items.

    There is a potential that this could be a candidate for a warroom. A warroom process allows a client team to request a sizing for enhancements currently not in plan or targeted to GA too late for their customer. As discussed via email, please contact us on warroom process if interested.
