Remote Cloning support for ProtecTIER native replication setups (will also work for all alternatively replicated data)

Implement support for Remote Cloning of "alternatively" replicated data. This request ist written with having IBM ProtecTIER native replication in mind.
Implement some kind of "single domain behaviour" into TSM to have a TSM storage agent running on the remote site being able to move the data from VTL to physical tape while the TSM DB stays active and online at the primary site. With this feature one could hassle free remote clone data on the secondary site.

    Thank you for submitting the request. This is a recognized requirement and a solution appears to be desirable. This request is not in a committed release plan for next year,
    but the theme is aligned with our multi-year strategy, and will be a candidate for our future release. IBM’s plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.

    Yes. This will help us compete vs Symantec OST peer tp peer functionality too.
