RELATED IDEAS

Add ability for node replication to replicate via a SAN agent instead of IP

At Present Node Replication works by replicating data over IP. This limits is usefullness in most of our clients as whilst a percentage do have inter-site links, these are typically dedicated for SAN and there is little willingness to invest in new IP links for this feature.

The take up of the nore replication feature would be greater if there was an option to copy the data over the SAN.
