dsminfo OSINFO section more clarity

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Requesting that OSINFO section of dsminfo output give more clarity on the OS distribution/level instead of just kernel level. This would be much more useful especially on Linux systems that could be any of dozens of Linux distributions.
A system call to 'cat /etc/*-release' would provide the distribution and level or something similar to script from http://www.unix.com/unix-advanced-expert-users/21468-machine.html?t=21468#post83185
