IMR restore account to powerful

Every IMR enabled windows account has to have the "Organization Management group" assigned, to full fill any IMR-Operation on any Microsoft Exchange version with any TDPE 6.x version. From security point of view, this not acceptable. Any security audit is going to fail because of this behavior! In E2010 the "Organization Management group" and in E2007 the "Exchange Organization Management groups" are the most powerful roles in an Exchange structure and only some various specified educated long-term Exchange Administrators should have a membership within this role. The "Organization Management group" contains many also very powerful roles. There must be a solution to realize a IMR-request within some specific Exchange sup-roles combined with some view extra Active Directory permission provided and supported from Microsoft and IBM. For an IT-Outsourcing company it would be very important to find a supported solution to get an IMR-Operation to work without assigning this "Organization Management group".
