This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The IBM "push mode" behavior is not what HSBC want, here's the clarification from Wang Meng:
Suppose a BPD contain 4 steps: activity1, activity2, activity3, activity4
The "Automatically launching the user's next task" is:
If user1 will own all activities for instance1, then when he/she complete instance1.activity1, the instance1.activity2 will automatically open, then instance1.activity3, instance1.activity4
Sequnce:
instance1.activity1 --> instance1.activity2 --> instance1.activity3 --> instance1.activity4
I just verified it can work well in my env.
What HSBC want is:
When user1 complete instance1.activity1, you want instance2.activity1, instance3.activity1.... to be opened.
Sequnce:
instance1.activity1 --> instance2.activity1 --> instance3.activity1 --> instance4.activity1
TSM does not use TIP other than TCR.. you should be able to use the same TIP/TCR for reporting.
You should be able to set up single sign-on across these systems and this should remove any need for logging into multiple TIPS. As far as the plans and support for including Tivoli Storage Manager within a shared TIP I am forwarding this to our Tivoli Storage Manager product team.
