Define new attrbutes (opt settings) for the Tivoli Storage Manager TDP environments.

During restores of large databases via TSM - the connection will exceed the default values of the CommTimeOut and IdleTimeOut settings. In order to alleviate theis problem, we have defined out CommTimeOut and IdleTimeOut values to be very large-becuase when TDP clients restore very large databases, the need a large IdleTimeuOut/CommTimeOut settings due to all the back end processeing that occurs during their restores.. Having these settings set so high for these values allows idle sessions to linger within the TSM server environment. It has been suggested from the PMR to create new settings for IdleTimeOut/CommTimeOut for the TDP enviornments such as TDPCommTimeOut and TDPIdleTimeOut or TDPRestoreTimeOut.
